Applied in July, didn’t hear back til November, interviewed. Then didn’t hear back again til December for an actual offer. Was told the position in collections that I originally applied for wasn’t available but they didn’t have any collection positions opening in Fraud & would I be interested. I was always curious about the fraud dept so I immediately accepted.

Not good. It was skill test (technical ops round) and the interviewer asked me irrelevant questions like So you know about Barclays and standards. No skills questions have been asked.
It was F2F interview consists of basic to Elementary questions and Will not be easy to clear and senior management also involved in this process and they will assess you on their own criteria it may vary candidate to candidate

Telephone interview followed by in person interview. Contract role so initially though an agency followed by an in person interview on site. It was an easy interview mostly following a star format
