Very quick process, had an introductory phone interview then an in person interview at the NY office. Met with 3 people and had a Q/A with a current analyst.

Barclays comes during our college placement process, they conduct aptitude test consist of logical reasoning, data interpretation, quantitive aptitude and verbal aptitude after clearing test we dad two round of interview, first is subject matter expert and second is value alignment.
