Interview
After completing an online application and taking the SHL numerical and verbal reasoning test, I was invited to an assessment centre in a Hilton hotel in Canary Wharf. After an initial group exercise where we had to prioritise 20 duties that an investment banker may have. After this I had 2 30 min interviews, 1 HR and 1 Associate.

Tell me about how you would develop a relationship
Completed an online assessment after sending out the application. Few days later, received an invitation for recorded interview. Then, passed the previous one and progressed to the interview with barclays employee at London office.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Barclays in Jan 2021
Interview
Online application form followed by a numerical and verbal reasoning test. Immediately after there is the interview, which is a combination of written responses, multiple choice questions, and video responses to competency and strength based questions.
The whole process went quite fast. It took around 30 mins to complete. Although it's a video interview, some questions are multiple choice questions and sending emails. Only about 5-6 questions require a recorded answer. The questions are also spring programme specific.
