Interview
Total 2 Round of interviews, straight forward. Focus on your past experience, if you able to bring in similar values and able to pick up asap. However, the overall process take quite sometime, you have to constantly follow with HR.
Started with an HR screening followed by two rounds of interviews with the hiring manager, offer rolled out within 2 weeks of the interview. Positive feedback overall, interview questions maybe analytical in nature.
Amazing, 5 rounds in German language.
Very smooth, quick back to back rounds, and results are quick
HR round, then a Technical round, Then a asseesment round where excel data had to be analysed, then a team fit round, then a director fit round, overall a standard process for any Bank

The process is not quick, around 1-2 weeks / round, but it is pleasant and the people there are being nice
