Two one to one interviews with different people from your chosen division. One of the interviews was division specific, and the other competency and value based. Each interview was approximately half an hour long.

Interview process was quite intense but good. The face-face was a presentation on info given a week before the interview. The interview room was very small but not a big deal.
As long as you had studied the pack intensively it would have been ok.

Process took about 3 weeks. I interviewed the week before thanksgiving, received the call in December.One telephone interview, then superday in their New York office. Interviewers were really friendly, two directors and one vice president. Lots of behavioral questions to detect your personality. The day ended with an analyst panel hosted by pervious interns, now in the grad program.
