Mind you : if you have ever applied for Barclays before and got cleared all the interviews, then decided not to proceed to work with company, Barclays does keep a note of that. No matter years later if you apply again and decide work for Barclays, they will dig the history and use that against you. This happened with me. I rejected their offer back in 2020 because they reduced my salary package even after I had clearly negotiated and they had accepted in the during the negotiation. After I was offered the position, they said the asked salary wasn’t within their salary bracket.
