Interview
I interviewed at Barclays(NY) in October 2021 for the role of Business Analyst.
I applied online and the same day recruiter reached out to me saying they really liked my profile so it was a brief overview of my background.
The next round was with the Hiring Manager and she was fun and easy to talk to. I got the invitation for the next round in a week and was asked to share my availability. After providing the dates the interviewer rescheduled for 4 times and it was always on the day of the interview saying he was busy or out of office. This was the worst professional behavior I expect from such a company.
Finally, I interviewed with the person in Mid-November and he said they would reach out in a week. After 2 weeks I reached out but there was no response from the recruiter and in late December just before the holidays the recruiter reached out saying they hired an internal candidate.

Interview
Applied online, spent a long time doing it and got given a rejection within no time which was disappointing. Overall a bad experience for me if I’m honest. Could’ve just been my lack of experience thought
