The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Barclays (Hong Kong)
Interview
Online assessment, followed by team selection and team lead interview and then straight to the Superday. No automated video interview. Superday included one quant team section which was math and statistics problems and the other interview was behavioural and job specific - i.e. what does the desk do, business understanding. Financial technicals were in the first interview with team lead.

Both Interviewers were really nice and friendly, so I feel the interview process more like a conversation. Also, they try to share their relevant experience, not jut asking me questions.
