Interview
It was through cognizant and went for the first round. Two groups of people interviewed me one after the other. Most of the questions were situation based. They asked me about Agile process, trade life cycle process.

Question 1
How do you tackle a situation where the release is going to be in 2 days, at that point the business users comes up with a requirement that is mandatory and has to be included in that sprint only, and the technology people say we can't add that now?
The interview was moved twice then when is it happen interviewee did not have the camera on and the interview was so uncomfortable. Not a great experience really put me off
Interview was good and very friendly. Question asked about the current profile only. Interview process was very smooth. It takes 1 hour for discussion but overall it's good. If anyone going for interview, Should be well dressed and confident.

Applied online, spent a long time doing it and got given a rejection within no time which was disappointing. Overall a bad experience for me if I’m honest. Could’ve just been my lack of experience thought
