Interview
The process was seamless. The interviewers were nice, warm, and friendly. The process had three stages: online assessment, phone interview, and in-person interview. At each stage of the interview process, adequate feedback was provided. This made the process easy to follow and candidate friendly.

Interview
Face to face interview in the Canary Wharf office. I had to spot errors in a written document and then write a response to a hypothetical complaint. I did the interview along with two other internal candidates (I was external).
