First step was to pass the initial assessment then to pass the technical interview. Last step was with a director who i was supposed to report to. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Interview
The process is firstly with a hiring manager on technical followed by competencies which will then be followed by Barclays values. These include Integrity, stewardship, etc. On these you are required to give personal example as how these are demonstrated
