Good - kept us updating and in the loop - good compunctions. Interview was good - on time and very kind - would recommend - good company - lots of benefits - awaiting an offer
It started with 1 call with human resources and then moved onto a in person interview which included a competency and basic numeracy test. In person was located in one of their branches.
I was I invited to a face-to-face interview after online application, this was for them to assess my customer service skills, cash handling ability, and knowledge of banking procedures. We discussed my strengths and more details about the role.

Online personality and suitability tests, phone and face to face interview. Required a little research into the company and the role. Enjoyed the process. Online system worked well and kept up to date of progress.
