Phone Screen with basic vetting questions. 1st round with hiring manager, 2nd round with peers. Asked specific questions about the job. I wanted more time with the hiring manager, but only given an hour.

assessment online then recruiter called me out of blue. then it took forever to schedule the interview. then the first interview was with a product lead and engineering lead. the offshore engineering lead was a bit intense. recruiter called me next day to ask how I feel but then ghosted me. had to send multiple emails then got a automated rejection

Great, encouraging and friendly. Very informative. Took 3 rounds in total (remotely) and was kept up to date throughout is that not enough words? No apparently not. Still not there. Ridiculous rules.
