Was interviewed by Recruitment head and Head HR. They asked both behavioral and competency based questions and lots of scenarios to gauge the right fit. They also wanted to know about previous job roles and how one could contribute better in this role. Wanted to know the experience of working with business leaders and coaching people managers and employees.
