I came to the store where I had applied and met with the store manager. They spent ~10 minutes asking various questions about my job experience (explain a time where you handled a lot of customers, explain a time when you ensured customer satisfaction, etc.). Finally, they asked about availability and if I had reliable transportation.
It was fairly easy, it felt like catching up with a friend you haven't spoke to in a while. They ask you questions such as availability and why you would be good for the position.
Simple easy process . Literally got called in the same day. Went into the office he asked my availability and ask like 3 questions. Told me the pay which is 11.5 and got hired the same day
Interviewer was friendly and asked questions about me and my skills. Asked me if I had ever worked with a team. She spoke about her experience in the store and talked about the city where she was from
