I was first contacted by HR to set up a short phone call with a recruiter where they made sure I was eligible for the internship (mainly US citizen), and general HR questions.
Next, quite soon after the HR phone call, I went through a behavioural interview with the team I'd be working with, mostly related to my experience, resume, and kind of wanted to see how I tackle problems.
I heard back about 2 days after that I moved onto the technical round where I just had to solve one technical question where I had to sort a list. The interviewers were super nice and helpful, and even if I didnt initially get the trick they wanted me to go with, it was still a very pleasant experience! Honestly would not have gotten the solution if they didnt hint at me what the trick was, but I think the main reason they hired me is because I showed that I can adapt quickly and work well with their help.
Overall it was a great experience! Every single point during the interview process was quite pleasant. They were very accommodating, and the interviews were extremely relaxed. I was quite torn to accept the offer due to recent events that happened with Blizzard but the people I spoke to during my interview were extremely nice and friendly, and I know that in the end Blizzard would still be a wonderful place to work with because they all seem very passionate about their work and their job. Excited for this summer!
