College graduate, entry level - I applied online in Febuary 2016. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Boeing in Annapolis Junction, MD in March 2016.
Initial phone screening interview in March - then on-site interview meeting with hiring managers and team in March. Received an offer in April.
Interview was standard STAR questions, information about previous internships, college courses, and personal projects. Not a very technical challenging or difficult interview.
