Heavy emphasis on behavioral interview. Very open ended questions and they tell you upfront to use the STAR method to answer anything they ask. Two employees sitting across from me typing intently as I spoke.

Describe a time when you had to analyze a dataset to help solve a problem. How did you go about procuring the data, how did you analyze it, what did you find, and what was the eventual outcome?
I applied in-person. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Boeing (North Charleston, SC) in May 2022
Interview
very informal. very chill. Asked alot of basic tooling and software questions about previous projects. Familiarity with airplanes a plus.
Asked some basic questions about projects i've worked in the past. Projects completed with teams etc. Kind of the STAR format but not quite.
