Interview process was good, easy and kind of structured interview, had 3 people for interview interview went well but no offer letters,for all the three of us. I think they interview for namesake.

Tell on challenging situation in your profession, how did u overcome and what was the outcome
Had longest form interview at career fair, then two more after. The career fair was the longest and just had to explain resume. The two after was with hr and then manager of engineering team.
I showed up, they didn't have cameras on, they talked about what they did, said they had to run, I asked if they had any questions, they asked what I like to do for fun...
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Boeing (Everett, WA) in Oct 2025

- Structured (Same 4 questions for everyone on the same day)
-Four - Five different workers from different departments including HR team member
* A little intimidating with all the typing but overall great listeners and great team to work with
