Interview
After completing the STAR system, I received a phone interview with the manager and 4 other functional managers. Very casual, lasted about 30 minutes. Asked typical HR interview questions. Waiting a week to initially hear that they decided to continue with another candidate. Surprisingly, three months later received a phone call asking if I was still interested in the position.

My interview was just an initial interview w/ an engineer at Boeing, through on-campus one on ones. The interviewer was uni alumni and we just went over my resume and what I was interested in.

Over the phone, two interviewers. No camera, just audio. Asked four behavioral questions, they were polite and happy to talk about their experience. One of the questions they asked a follow-up but generally straight forward assessing how you handle certain situations.
