Interview
Interview was what they called a "Structural Interview," where there are a set amount of cookie-cutter questions, which were very vaguely technical in nature. The questions were general. Hiring managers stated that they were going to phone interviews now, probably due to cost savings.

Technical questions was focused more on solid mechanics, structures and basic aircraft parts. Knowing CATIA software is an added advantage. Thoroughly know your projects because they like to dive deeper and ask questions related to the same.

Interview
No technical questions asked.
They are super focused and live and die on the STAR questions.
No test required. Not even sure if they’re allowed to ask anything outside of the STAR questions

2. Provide an example of a time you performed technical analysis and how did you confirm it was correct
3. Provide an example of when you had to prioritize to meet a deadline.
4. Explain a time you came across a technical challenge you could not solve
5. Explain a time you had to explain technical things to non technical people
The interview was scheduled a few weeks in advance. I interviewed with two managers in the department over teams. Both were nice and easy to talk to during the interview.
