I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Boeing (Saint Louis, MO) in Mar 2016
Interview
There was a two manager panel that asked a series of situational/behavioral questions. Their questions focused on leadership experience, working in teams, and negotiation. After the series of behavioral questions, the interviewers asked questions regarding various items on my resume. Following the questions on my resume, they allowed me to ask questions about the position I was hoping to fill.

Question 1
Typical Situational/Behavioral questions (Interviewed candidates are asked to not to share what specific questions are asked)
First round was a basic screening with an HR rep. I was invited to an on-site round with the Hiring Manager, another manager, and the lead. I don't remember the questions, but I remember that they were not hard. The interview was relatively easy. I received an offer, accepted, and worked there for about 2 years.
Interviewed with multiple people at once. Was overall a positive experience. Lots of follow up questions were asked -it felt like the interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know you
There were three rounds of interviews with recruiter and managers followed by one final interview with executives. No assignments or briefings required as part of interviews. Overall process was around a month.
