It started by a referral. I was then contacted by their recruiting team, and had a phone interview with one of their recruiting directors. The phone interview focused mainly on finding if there is a match in terms of technical background, salary and title expectations, as well as interest level. Then an on-site interview with the hiring manager was scheduled. The on-site interview took around 45 min, broken down into the followings: around 15 min on describing the company and the position, 15 min on learning my background, and 15 min on technical questions.
