I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Box (Redwood City, CA)
Interview
The interview process involves two phone interviews, one with the recruiter and one with the hiring manager or team member, then you schedule the onsite half-day and are given an assignment to work on in the meantime. For this role, the assignment was to create a presentation demonstrating customer use-cases. The onsite interviews included a couple 1:1s and a couple panels. Be advised, this company can be somewhat unprofessional/disrespectful of your time; even after going through all of the interview rounds, you may never get a response back from anyone you talked to or worked with during the interview process. So if you don't hear anything right away you probably didn't get the job and they probably aren't going to have the respect to tell you. Not a very pleasant experience.

Question 1
The assignment/presentation was to create a deck and demo of some hypothetical customer use-case scenarios and present to the hiring team.
Screening call then denial, seemed to be qualified but told me that accounts managed were not large enough. I felt very confident about moving forward in after the initial call and was shocked when I got that feedback. Seemed like they were interviewing many candidates.
Interview process was pretty straight forward. There was a call with the recruiter, a call with hiring manager, a “super day” with calls with customer success team members and a presentation.
The online application was pretty straightforward. They required a résumé and a cover letter. They ask the basic information in a few qualifying questions. I felt that is very qualified for the job however I did not get a follow up call. I did receive the standard thank you for your application email.
