Interview
Recruiter phone screen -> hiring manager phone screen -> onsite interview to meet the team and managers -> recruiting activity/skill test -> call with Head of Recruiting -> offer.
My interview experience essentially sold me on the job. It was quick and casual but I don't feel l like they left out any key elements. Everyone was very welcoming and I left each conversation even more excited for an opportunity at Box.

If you could change anything about Box, what would it be?
The interviewer called late, asked basic interview questions, and mentioned following up on the next steps within the week. Didn't hear from them for weeks, then received a rejection with no explanation.

I had an exceptional experience interviewing with Box. The process was highly efficient, and I had the opportunity to meet different people which only boosted my confidence in wanting to join the team!

This was a 3 step process. Started with a Recruiter screen, then met with the hiring manager and lastly went through a virtual panel assessment. Overall process was a very positive experience.
