Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter pretty quickly after submitting online application. Had a phone call with one of the recruiters who asked pretty basic questions about interest and experience. Then I was invited to attend an OOBIE "Out of the box interview experience" which was kind of like speed dating (not ideal!). I couldn't attend in person so I had to do it through skype (and of course there were many technical issues). Had probably 4 or 5 interviews at about 15-20 min each through skype, and most interviewers were pleasant and not too difficult. One manager type was not very nice and harped on my desire to leave my current job instead of looking at my experience and desire to join Box. Ultimately received a rejection e-mail the following Saturday saying they were looking for something else (which I think is extremely unprofessional to send over the weekend).

Interview
I applied online. The recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone screen. The phone screen was very casual, he did not really ask me about my background or anything related to the position. I received an email (calendar invite) next day for scheduling phone interview with the manager. I picked a few time slots and submitted my request. I never received a confirmation so I followed up with the recruiter and he never wrote me back. I would not want to work for a company that treats candidate this way. I felt very insulted. This company really need to improve recruiting process and provide professional training to rude and immature recruiters.

Interview
It was pleasant and well structured in the beginning but then got completely dissolved. Had couple of calls and feedback in between but no follow up after even though there was meant to be a third round. It would have been helpful if they provided a constructive feedback after.
