I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Box (Los Altos, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Fairly standard process. Began with recruiter phone screen and then phone call with hiring manger. However in person was 30 minutes back to back with 4 people. This felt very rushed and there was no time to really ask any meaningful questions as the next person was waiting. Interviews with junior team members felt relatively useless aside from helping to get a feel who you would be working with

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Box (San Francisco, CA) in Sept 2017
Interview
I had a very positive and professional interview process. I applied as an out of market candidate to the SF office. I was referred into the role and had an initial phone screen with the HR manager. I then had a second phone screen with a Manager, followed by a third phone screen with the Director. I was then invited on-site for a 3-hour interview.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Box
Interview
From the beginning until the end, every recruiter, manager, and director was genuinely a pleasure to speak with. Every interview had an element of both professional and personal. I would be happier with the process and the team's passion for the company. Offered accepted !
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Box (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. 2 phone screens, 4 separate in-person sessions including a mock discovery and pitch. The interviewers gave immediate feedback post-pitch, which was helpful, but some of the questions were unnecessarily difficult for the role I was applying for.
