Group discussion, personal interview, can give any topic to debate on. Only genuine people get hired. Don't be a flatterer and don't be two faced. Be yourself and don't try to bring other people down, it will only backfire you.

Online application involving English and maths exam based questions if you pass that you get a telephone interview then on to the assessment day. Assessment day was a group task then role play then written task. During role play I had to sell a suitcase which to be honest I didn't think it was particularly relevant. And the written task was to email confirmation of a holiday.
