For the interview I met with the lab manager and the lead scientist in the lab. Process was pretty standard. I did go through a temp agency and eventually got hired on directly.

It was too basic questions related SOP, SDS. What SDS stands for? What is SOP stands for? About enumeration methods. Where you can see your self in next five years? Why microbial testing is important?
