Interview
The first part of the interview was conducted by two men, one a recruiter who had travelled down from Birmingham to Reading that day and the other a very experienced test engineer with nearly 30 years' service with CGI. That lasted about half-an-hour and seemed to go really well. Then e were joined by two senior test engineers who asked fairly routine questions about ALM, SQL and UNIX. I didn't get the job - too old?

An ALM admin question, even though I had never claimed on my CV to be expert or knowledgeable in that area.
it was okay. Not too tough, just the basics. It went well. It was an internship interview. Asked me basic testing questions.I got an offer after a week and accepeted it.

3 stage interview process with Human Resources recruiter then department director this was then followed with a specific area director and tech lead. Interview process was all done via video call.

2 Technical rounds . If you selected on 1st technical round then HR call for 2nd technical round. All java and selenium related questions asked. all one java program asked.
