Interview
First interview was a general "get to know you" interview, see if you will fit in with the company, see if you're literate, can show up on time very basic stuff. 2 interviewers and you.
Second interview is more technical if you are a developer, 3-4 interviewers and you.
If they're not 100% sure on you at this point, you may be asked to do a code test which is administered remotely. You're asked to do something relatively simple and they gauge not only the final product but how you got there.

It was just the very first interview with the company and we were communicated through phone. The interview was short as it was just to learn from each other and it was not a formal one.

Plusieurs entretiens avec un RH puis un Business Manager.
Très bon contact avec l’ensemble des interlocuteurs et poste qui semblait intéressant.
Offre ridiculement basse et non compétitive vis à vis du marché actuel.
Entretien en visio de 30 minutes pour présenter son parcours, ses points forts et faibles. Si concluant, recontacté pour un second entretien technique avec recruteur et échange de questions générales.
