      Interview

      I applied through Capita’s website after seeing an advert, Internal Resourcing contacted me about 20 days after my application to schedule a telephone call to discuss the role and answer any questions I had. The call was relaxed, no pressure and certainly not a telephone interview. Capita invited me to interview, I attended on 20/11/2018. The interview was with 2 people from HR, they were friendly and made conversation where possible so made me feel comfortable. I was asked the questions attached to this review... It’s now the 21/11/2018 and I wasn’t expecting a call from Capita until next week but Internal Resourcing contacted me and left a voicemail stating it was good news and they would like to offer me a position! I called back straight away and accepted the offer!

      The interview was very simple, online, and fairly casual but I discovered in the middle of it that I needed to have my passport to hand which hadn't been conveyed in advance. I then had to go and find my passport which I thought would have seemed unprofessional but I guess they didn't mind as I got the job. On acceptance of the job I was given a work email to access workday and found a message there telling me to have my passport ready. Somewhere I couldn't access before accepting the job and being given a work email.
