Initial phone screening with recruiter > 1 hour skills test (basic data assessment) > 10-20 hour Data Assessment coding challenge > Power day of 4 interviews (2 cases, 1 behavioral, 1 Data Assessment review). After reaching the power day and thinking I did well on it, the recruiter got back to me the following morning and said they did not want to move forward

Started HR Phone Screening (great professional0, then phone screening with the Hiring Manager, and then Power Day which included case interview + 2 rounds of job fit interviews + 2 rounds of behavior interviews, then meet and greet of your future direct reports. If you're a minority candidate you stand no chance of progressing passed the "meet and greet" segment . Found Capital 1 unprofessional as they contacted backdoor background checks with my current employers without my consent.
