I applied online and got an interview invite.The recruitment officer called and interviewed for about thirty minutes. The interview was conversational and the HR Officer was nice and made me feel at ease

Pre interview phone call to then get invited to an interview at the office. They gave us an office tour which was great and told us how the interview would go/what sort of questions they would ask us. The main interview was fairly normal but did seem like they were trying to catch you out on certain questions - don’t think asking about future holidays and home life is appropriate at this stage of an interview process. Written task at the end, supposed to be given 20 minutes but they told me time was up after 16 minutes. Interviewer seemed to talk down about the job/the people who do the job - not a good sign for the working environment or how managers treat their staff.
