two job fit interviews, two behavioral interviews, case math interview (because in the tech org - not all Chief of Staff interviews require this). Behavioral interviews were each 3 "tell me about a time when" style questions.

The Interview process included: A Phone Screen with the recruiter, A conversation with Hiring Manager, followed by a Power Day which including Case Interview, Job Fit Interviews, and Behavioral Interviews.
