Interview
Wow - you've never seen anything like this. Pre-interview testing, on-site interview testing, FBI background investigation, and 4 different "behavioral interviews" in addition to a regular job-fit/hiring manager interview. I did my research in advance though and "studied" for my interview by reading about behavioral interviews online (I hadn't heard of them before), and outlining my experience in my resume to align with the most likely behavioral interview questions. That made a huge difference in my readiness for that exhausting part.
