The manager I was hired and Interviewed by was smart and hardworking. She was a very valuable asset to the company. However she no longer works there. The interview was very lax, and she went in depth, and asked you mostly to describe how you would handle certain situations.

I think the most difficult question for everyone is your weaknesses. She asked for 3 of them, and was impressed that I had 3 and examples for each.

Applied online, instructed to complete a survey, later that week had an online interview, I disliked the online interview because you had to watch yourself talk, and that was distracting, did not get a call back
