I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Richmond, VA) in Nov 2018
Interview
The entire process was very smooth. I interviewed on campus in October and received an invitation to interview on-site a couple of days after. I signed up for an interview date that was around 3 weeks away. I interviewed from 8 AM to 1 PM on the first Friday of November and received a phone call with an offer at 2 PM on the Monday after.
All questions were case questions, no behavioral ones. The on-site interview had 3 interviews total, all of which were cases. 2 were typical case questions where the interviewer laid out the background and context of the problem and you worked through the questions together. The third case was a "product interview," which was more of a creative conversation rather than an interview. The interviewer asks about your thoughts on a particular situation and I just spoke my mind.

Interview
Applied through my university's job posting board and interviewed on grounds. 30 minutes mini case interview (no behavioral) for the first round. The case interview question was simple and I was able to arrive at the correct answer with some guidance from my interviewee. Capital One rep was very nice and supportive.
