The first technical interview is to do a series of technical programming problems within an hour. It needs to be done within three days from the time you received the invitation. You cannot copy or paste the questions, or using local IDE.

Interview
Video interview was standard. Assessment centre was engaging and fairly informal, but the other candidates are likely to be very qualified with extra things outside their degree. Four parts to the assessment centre: group task (try to be engaged but not forceful), strengths based interview, 5 minute presentation on a project you've done, and a coding task with someone who works there. Final interview was fairly informal, and is tailored to why you want to work there and what you'll get out of it.

The selection process has several stages, online application -> online situation test -> online coding challenge -> video interview -> assessment centre -> final interview. I joined the assessment centre but did not pass that stage.
