I was hired before Covid, and the process consisted of a HR phone screen and then an in-person interview with the hiring manager followed by another same day in-person interview with another manager. I was given the interview schedule in advance, so I was prepared to meet with two people.

Nice and easy interview process. Interviewed with three managers in a group interview. Basic questions of your best and worst customer experience. Professional interview business attire. They were very quick in responding to the offer after the interview. Very relax process and atmosphere.
