There are multiple stages of virtual interviews. A phone interview and a zoom interview. Was fairly easy as long as you are used to customer service. there is role play.
Quick phone interview with a call role play situation at the end. Mostly customer service questions before role play. Over all it was quick and easy, expected it to be longer.
2 phone interviews. first was pretty generic. Second one included very specific questions on how you would handle things customer service wise as well as role play a call. Always end the role play call asking if there is anything else you can assist with.
