      Statistics Interview

      1 Mar 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Dallas, TX
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capital One (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2015

      Interview

There were two rounds of interview: First round: phone interview during which two statistician asked questions about statistical model and model diagnose; Final round: on-site: from 8am to 12 am and four round, each takes up one hour interview. One behavior, two case studies and one roll play. The interviewers would give you hint if you were on the wrong track but not too much hint. Roll play was quite challenge as you were expected to read financial report in very short time and then report to other people and answer questions.
