Question 1
What is the most important phase of the instructional design process and why?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Centene (Little Rock, AR)
Interview
The interview was 45 minutes long and packed with information both about the team and about my part within the team. The questions provided insight into the company culture, which guided my decision that we were a fit for each other. We started by introducing ourselves and I shared about my background. At this point the interview became a discussion about projects the team was working on and projects I had developed. We talked about process and insights. It was a great interview that made me feel part of the team before I was part of the team.
