Interview
Met with 2 managers and reviewed my resume and answered 3-5 situational questions. I felt very stupid at the interview. Felt like I was sitting before a firing squad. They were very critical of my job experience.

Have you ever made a mistake at work and what did you do when you discovered the error?
The interview process was fairly average. there was one interview with the recruiter and a second interview with the manager, who asked about my experience in case management and nursing. The manager also wanted to know my experience with resources within the community.
Pretty easy straight forward questions. Had to answer pretty much the same questions with recruiter and hiring manager. Most were tell me a time questions but specifically related to job.

The interview process with Centene was detailed and thorough. The recruiters make sure you are ready. Supervisors and managers have conversations with interviewees, not interrogations, making the experience one of the best.
