Interview
I applied for the position and had one interview. Screening of internal candidiates should consist of an interview with HR, and then if all qualifications are met, an interview with the hiring manager and perhaps members of the team to ensure a good fit should occur. If an external candidate, testing should occur based on the position for hire. Standard interview questions that do not offer an opportunity to determine how much experience and knowledge a candidate possesses may result in hiring someone not suited for the position.

Standard interview questions are used. If a most difficult question must be used, it was the proverbial , "Tell me a little about yourself." This question is broad. Ask a prospective employee what you want to know within legal limits of the interview process.
