Interview consisted of a written technical test for 1 hour and a discussion with the Director. 5 sections in the written test including CS, Java, Web, 2 Coding questions and Situational Section. Each section consists of 5 theoretical questions. Followed by the written test was the discussion with the Director. In this discussion, answers from written test shall be discussed and other discussions. Process is quite quick and they analyze candidate based on written test score and his justification.
