Two round interview process with a phone screening with HR before moving forward to the panel interview. Both stages were great opportunities to express my interest and emphasize my qualifications, both professional and academic.

Contacted to do a virtual phone screening. Did not use video even though happened on a video app. Better to prepare for the camera to come on just in case!

it was a position for an agriculture program. there were multiple interview process. it was an exciting opportunity in the field of global food systems. There were panel interviews as well. the interviewers asked more situational questions that I was anticipating. So, prepare yourself for such interview questions.
