Interview
Straight forward questions. Multiple rounds with different people. Some communication issues with the in house recruiter who I think over promised what the department head would actually agree to. Biggest concern in interview was the actually in office open floor policy. No flexibility in start date which lead to the declined offer.
Nice professional interview process, met with individuals form the department, it’s a multi step process that led to phone interviews from other offices. The phone interviews were approximately thirty minutes a piece.
