I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (London, England) in Jul 2008
Interview
I got my initial interview through a recruiter, but ended up interviewing for a different job than the one I was expecting. 1st interview with manager and 2 supervisors, followed a week later up by a 1 to 1 interview with the senior manager. Final interview again 1 week later was 1 to 1 with HR rep. An offer was made to me later on that afternoon. Quite a friendly process and no trick questions.

Question 1
They asked mainly situational questions based on my resume. How would you find your way in a new company? Situations where your recommendation was accepted and rejected, what did you learn from it? What do you know about corporate actions? They gave me an overview of the team, their requirements, general working hours, etc. Interviewers were cordial. It was a good experience.
