Interview
The first round of interview is on campus recruitment 1:1 interview, questions range from behavioral questions to technology specific questions. The second round of interview is a group case study where 10 people are required to analyse a case and give recommendations followed by group discussions.

Group panel needs critical thinking and prior research on the group from the Citi page.

First round interview was a 30 minute phone call with the questions you would expect. Tell me about yourself/ behavioral questions. Also should have some talking points on the industry.
5 to 6 people in a group interview - case study and business awareness. Have sufficient time to study the material. Last for 3 hours in Total. 2 interviewee would ask follow up questions. Quite causal.
